I grew up within 10 miles of this bridge. Today was the first time that I had ever seen it in person. This is the Mull Covered Bridge in Fremont, Ohio.
My mom has some pictures of it somewhere. Honestly, I thought it was in a totally different place.
There weren’t many visitors, which was good. The parking lot is so small and I am a terrible driver.
It was totally worth the 20 minute trip and all of the whining from my kid on the way home.
That’s a really nice bridge. The architect in me is loving the pattern from the wood beams inside! Is it just for tourists now, or still used as a public bridge?
Here’s my “T” post 🙂 http://nataliewestgate.com/2017/04/trapped-secret-diary-of-a-serial-killer
It’s just for tourists. It was renovated in 2015. My mom’s pictures look different. Will have to add them too.
