Alien Gothic has made a video for their single, “In The Night,” that closely resembles my dreams. Whenever I fall asleep watching Salem, I am searching for something important in a dream. In recognition of the spooky and unknown, we’re naming “In The Night” as the Flawless Friday Video.
If you like the haunting sounds of She Past Away or Type O Negative, then you might be fond of Alien Gothic. Any of these bands could have been called The Vampire Lestat but there would probably be copyright issues. Anyway, for those of you who like your goth extra supernatural and mystical, check out this band.
“It’s something we knew would destroy the seedy, cobweb filled dance clubs of the past, bringing forth a new era of goth… alien goth!” says Ryan Policky.
Alien Gothic of Denver is comprised of Ryan Policky of A Shoreline Dream and Andy Uhrmacher of Genessier. Their ‘High and Dry’ album is available from music platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify and Bandcamp.
