Day 9 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge is upon us. There was no one around to motivate me so I had to find some motivation within myself. It’s not that I don’t enjoy yoga, I enjoy yoga quite a bit. The lack of caffeine and energy gets to me sometimes.
I did find this video from Yoga International. There wasn’t any music with it so I found a video on YouTube with Yoga meditation music. It worked out really well to play them at the same time.
For me, it is almost impossible to do some of the squatting. My knees are terrible. So I will keep trying to do some of the challenging poses.
I’m not sure if it will work. It may be too distracting. However, it may be the motivation that I need. Is it wrong to laugh during yoga?
