
So close to the end but it’s not really the end. It’s just the beginning of starting a regular schedule.
After this challenge, I may not do yoga every day. However, it will still be part of my regular workout routine. I’m planning to make time for yoga at least three times a week.
Without yoga, I may lack the focus to get anything done. There is so much to do! In my opinion, yoga is the key to being able to focus.
So you’ve almost made it, yay! Having it in your routine sounds like a good idea. I need to have a routine again lol 🙂
