It’s day 11 of the 30 Day Yoga Challenge. I haven’t given up. In fact, yoga is one of my favorite parts of the day. It really has helped me to de-stress and focus. Sometimes, I do meditate at work so I don’t freak out. My co-workers probably appreciate less freaking out.
I think that I’m improving as far as flexibility and balance. There is still a lot of work to be done.
Today, I chose a video from PsycheTruth on YouTube. I didn’t really notice her belly button ring. I was a little more focused on my own exercise. She also has several yoga videos if you’re interested. I don’t feel the ache in my muscles yet but I have a feeling that I will.
